- PAYMENT - What payment methods do you accept?
We use 2 payment processors. You can either use 2checkout or stripe. If you’d like to use your paypal credit, you can proceed to choose 2checkout.
Visa/Mastercard/Diners/Amex payments can be processed through either 2checkout or stripe. If you choose 2checkout, Visa/Mastercard/Diners/Amex payments are being processed via PayPal by 2checkout; either using a PayPal account or checking out as a guest with the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option.
- Order processing time
Processing time is typically 1-3 days. If the items are on backorder, the turnaround time is not more than 10 days. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
For accessories, if you order more than 50 pieces, please allow up to 7 days for the production, as they are handmade.

UK – 10-30 days
Australia and New Zealand – 14 – 30 days
Most European countries – 7-30 days
France, Spain, Portugal – 14 – 45 days
Germany, Italy – 20 – 60 days (It takes times for these two countries due to customs process)
South America countries – 20-60 days
Russia – 20-45 days
Most Asian countries – 7 – 20 days (except for Israel, it normally takes longer)
Above are estimated delivery time. It can also take longer.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for the items to reach you. For Germany, and South American countries, please allow up to 10 weeks.
Shipping may take longer due to customs clearance process, bad weather, especially during winter, busy time of the year like Christmas and New Year.
- Express delivery (EMS)/expedited delivery/DHL
It takes around 5-10 days unless the package is randomly inspected by customs, it can take 2 weeks.
- Unclaimed package
Unclaimed package stays at post office for a certain time. If you are unable to get the package within the time frame, you will either have to pay for the handling fee (the number of days it stays at the post office x fees) or it will be returned to us. This depends on the regulations of each country. Once the package is returned to us, we will let you know, and if you want your items to be resent, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If you want a refund for the returned package, it will minus the original shipping fee.
For Canada and Japan, packages with incorrect address or unclaimed package will be disposed and will not be returned back to us. NO refund will be issued for these cases.
- IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Import tax and duties are customer’s responsibility. Each country has different regulations, so make sure you check with your local customs for more details. Customs, duty, and taxes are not refundable.
