  • RETURNS POLICY

    You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase. Please contact us before initiate a return. This will allow us to provide you with instructions for returning the item and to ensure that the return process is as smooth and efficient as possible for you. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping fees, within [number of days] days of receiving the returned item.

    Items may be returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping cost, tracking number must be provided for your protection. Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.

    If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order
